Sponsorship Opportunities
Below please find a list of sponsorship opportunities that are still available. For more information on any of these items or other Greenbuild sponsorship opportunities, please contact us at sponsors@usgbc.org.
Networking Garden ($20,000):
By sponsoring the Networking Garden, the sponsoring company will work with one of the furniture manufacturers that has committed to providing seating and tables for this space (ie. Steelcase, Herman Miller, Haworth) to create a welcoming environment where conference attendees can relax or network with fellow attendees.
The sponsoring company will be recognized on signage within the Networking Garden and may display literature throughout the space. There are additional opportunities for the sponsoring company to present products with the space. For example, several companies in past years have featured products and models of projects currently under construction within the garden. Please inquire about such opportunities.
Seed Packet Bookmark ($15,000):
The Seed Packet Bookmark is a new item this year. This bookmark is unique because not only is it useful at the conference, but it is made of biodegradable paper with wildflower seeds embedded within. This is something that attendees will take home and plant in a garden or yard.
All Full Conference Attendees (anticipated 8,000+) will receive this item with the conference tote bag. The tote bag will be filled with additional green items, including a copy of Paul Hawken’s new book Blessed Unrest. The bookmark is sure to be a highly used item to mark pages in Blessed Unrest and the show program guide.
Please visit Bloomin Promotions' website for images of this item.
The bookmark design is somewhat flexible. USGBC representatives will be happy to work with you in order to tailor the bookmark to your specific needs. Please inquire for more information on this item.
Cyber Café Kiosk ($5,000):
Cyber Café Kiosks are placed in high traffic areas throughout the convention hall for conference attendees to use to access the Internet. As you may have seen at Greenbuild Denver, these kiosks are very popular and are almost constantly in use.
As a sponsor of any of the Cyber Café Kiosks, the sponsoring company logo will be displayed on both the Kiosk Kick panels and on the screen saver at the kiosk's three computers. This is a great way to ensure that your company's logo is visible throughout the entirety of the conference.
Please visit the Sponsorship in Action page to view pictures of the Cyber Café Kiosks.
LEED Workshops - Full Day ($5,000) and Half Day ($2,500):
USGBC will offer both full day and half day LEED Workshops at Greenbuild on Tuesday, Nov. 6 (morning and afternoon) and Friday Nov. 9 (afternoon).
Companies that sponsor a workshop have the opportunity to make opening remarks
(5-7 minutes). The sponsoring company will be recognized with signage throughout the room and on the speaker's podium. There will also be opportunities to distribute company literature during the event.
Visit the LEED Workshops page for a complete list of workshops available for sponsorship.
Green Building Tours - Full Day ($3,500) and Half Day ($2,500)
Chicago is home to some of the country’s most innovative and beautiful buildings, and we’ve organized tours exclusively for Greenbuild attendees. A wide variety of half- and full-day tours, including the Frank Lloyd Wright Home & Studio and the LEED Platinum Chicago Center for Green Technology, will be offered on Friday, Nov. 9 and Saturday, Nov. 10. To see a full list of the tours scheduled, please visit the Green Building Tours page.
As the sponsor of a tour, your company will have your logo on signage for the event, you will be able to make the opening remarks (5-7 minutes) of the tour, and you will also be able to distribute literature during the tour.
Coffee Breaks ($2,500)
Five (5) coffee breaks will be held during Greenbuild (Wednesday through Friday). The sponsoring company of the coffee break will have logo presence on the table tent cards as well as signage at this break.
