Will there be any guidelines for President Clinton’s Keynote Plenary?

Greenbuild is excited to bring President Clinton to Chicago to open up the conference. In order to ensure that we follow protocol with the Clinton Foundation, media guidelines will be in-effect:

  • Arrive at the auditorium early; doors open at 8:30 AM.
All registered media attendees must enter through the side door of the auditorium. Working press will not be able to access the auditorium through the main entrances.
At the side of the auditorium (stage left) there will be a special media section for reporters.
The media area is of limited size. ONE reporter per outlet will be permitted into the auditorium as space permits. For any overflow, there are viewing rooms located throughout the convention hall including beside the press room in the exhibit hall.
There will not be any interview opportunities with President Clinton following or preceding his session.
