Visa Information

International attendees to Greenbuild will need to apply for a visa at their local U.S. Embassy, consulate or other visa-issuing office. Obtaining a visa will require that you have a valid passport, a letter of invitation (see below), a photo ID, and the nonimmigrant visa application form.

If you are visiting from a country participating in the Visa Waiver Program and have a machine-readable passport, it may not be necessary to obtain a visa.

Please visit U.S. Department of State for full details on obtaining a visa.

Tips for Visa Application:

• Start your paperwork early;

• Include evidence of any previous trips you might have made to the U.S.;

• Include proof of your intended return to your home country.

Invitation Letter

Once you have registered and paid the conference fees, an official letter of invitation for visa purposes will be mailed to you automatically.
